How can you still be an empath without having to struggle and turn it into your empowerment?
For many years I’ve been seriously struggling while being around people.
Somewhere along the way I started to learn that it was because I was able to feel others.
I was able to feel their emotions, their pain, their lies, their happiness.
And I took it upon myself.
My granny used to tell me that I was too sensitive.
Let me put this differently.
For many years I didn’t recognise that it was actually not mine what I was experiencing. Those emotions and physically sensations were not mine, but I took them as such.
And many times they would affect me to the point of feeling physically sick.
I wanted to know what was going on.
And I wanted to heal.
I wanted to stop feeling sick and stop suffering on behalf of others.
I wanted “this thing” to be shut down.
But it does not work like that.
If you shut down this ability of yours you will also shut down yourself – your connection to who you really are, to the Life and to the Source that is and creates everything.
So far Life has showed me that it is all about knowing the Rules of the Game and about Awareness of that we are much more than physical beings.
A big game changer
And then somewhere along the way I started to accept it while I put into practice certain rules.
It took me years to come to the point where I am now…
If only I would know back then what I know now!
